Indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!

CYCLE

Bring the weight room to the studio! A strength training class specifically choreographed to use barbells and your own body weight to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body. Each part of your body will get worked separately. Be prepared to leave the class feeling truly strong. Bring the power

BARBELL

45 Minute Class.... Could be stations, intervals, partner workouts … Mix of cardio and weights!

CIRCUITS

Pocket Watch in Hand

Lower Impact Class... mixture of cardio and weights with low impact cardio and movements that can also be advanced.  Modifications will always be shown - class is for all fitness levels.

Non-contact Kickboxing at Hoosier Trainer.  Great Cardio workout for endurance, flexibility and strength.  Our kickboxing classes go nonstop for 50 minutes and modifications are always shown.

Step It Up is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you will find out why this class is known as the "leg and butt" workout. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear -Handweights incorporated that shape and tone all over!

STEP IT UP

Join a group of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Silver & Fit classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun.

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories working out and at rest. Use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscle gets neglected!

PURE STRENGTH

R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The first five components are taught in a 50 minute class R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout.
